Don't forget to attend the Team Captains Briefing at BP's Lounge (private room), Jasper Avenue and 106 Street:

Meetings runs from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Refreshments and snacks are served during the meeting.
The meetings are intended for both the Team Captain and Co-Captain to attend. You will be updated on any last minute information we have for you to pass on to your other team members. As well, it is a great opportunity to meet other team captains and share plans and fundraising ideas.
While the meeting is important and has a serious side to them, we do our best to make them fun and entertaining.
All team captains from NEW teams are strongly encouraged to contact Darla Zuk, special events coordinator, at 780.429.0137 ext 308 or by email at darla@easterseals.ab.ca, to arrange a meeting on managing a successful team in the event.
The Team Captains Manual is an excellent source of information. The manual is a great way for new teams to find their way around the event for the first year.
